| How to Use | ensure your hand is warm and relaxed. Remove any nail polish or artificial nails. Turn on the device and clip it onto your finger, preferably the middle or index finger. Keep your finger still and below your heart level. Wait for a few seconds until the reading stabilizes. Record the oxygen saturation (SpO2%) and pulse rate (PR) if needed. |
