| How to Use | Brush your teeth first using toothpaste (ideally R.O.C.S. toothpaste for optimal synergy). Measure 10–15 ml of the mouthwash (use the cap as a measuring cup if marked). Rinse your mouth thoroughly for 30–60 seconds. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use for best results. Use 2 times daily, morning and evening. |
