How to Use

Adjust the height so your elbows bend slightly when holding the grips. Stand inside the walker with the back legs on the ground and the front wheels in front. Push the walker forward smoothly using the wheels, then step your weaker or injured leg first, followed by your stronger leg, keeping your movements controlled. Maintain an upright posture and keep your weight centered for balance, using the back legs’ rubber tips to slow or stop the walker as needed. Always use the walker on even, stable surfaces for safety.
